We welcome families committed to academic excellence and Islamic values. Find everything you need to join our community below.
How to Apply — K–12
All prospective students in Grades 1–12 must participate in a parent-student interview with the Principal before application acceptance.
Pre-Admission Prep
Gather transcripts or grade reports (in English, with behavioral notations) for Grades 1–12 transfers. Contact our admissions team to schedule a parent-student interview with the Principal.
Submit Application
Complete the online application via our Blackbaud portal. Upload birth certificate or passport, immunization records, signed School Records Request, payment plan contract, and application fee.
Receive Decision
Our team reviews your file and delivers the admissions decision by email. Students with needs beyond our current resources may be referred elsewhere.
Secure Your Seat
Upon acceptance, sign the enrollment contract and pay the non-refundable enrollment deposit to finalize your child’s place. Returning families re-enroll through the parent portal.
How to Apply — Early Childhood
Early Childhood enrollment is managed separately through our intake process. Spots fill quickly — Daycare and Preschool are often fully enrolled by spring.
Submit Intake Form
Complete the Early Childhood Development Intake Form (Google Form link below). This places your child in our system and waitlist if a program is full.
Admissions Review
Our Early Childhood team reviews your intake form and contacts you to discuss availability, schedule a visit, and confirm eligibility based on age requirements.
Enrollment & Brightwheel
Once accepted, you’ll receive enrollment paperwork and be set up on Brightwheel — our Early Childhood management platform for daily updates, payments, and communication.
