Middle School
Grades 6–8: preparing students for the challenges of the 21st century through rigorous academics, STEM exploration, and Islamic character development.
GRADES 6–8
Developing Identity & Excellence
Our middle school students share the third floor with the high school students. They continue their curriculum and range of classes to prepare them for the challenges of the 21st century and to remember to step up to those challenges in a way that is pleasing to Allah (swt). Quran and Islamic studies continue at this higher level and discussions are encouraged to help students understand how to apply what they are learning to their daily lives.
As for the Islamic Studies Program, we teach a dual-pronged Islamic Studies Curriculum with option to study both Sunni and Shia curriculums. Technology skills get sharpened at this point and use of the science lab helps to reinforce what the students read in the textbook. Students promoted from our middle school to our high school will find themselves getting more and more ready for life beyond MCS/AA.
Small class sizes, hands-on science lab instruction, and a dedicated faculty help every student thrive academically and spiritually during these important formative years.
